On April 7, Dr. King Au, Executive Director of HK FSDC & Axiom Managing Director Alvin Ma, who also serves as an adjunct Assistant Professor & lecturer at the University of Hong Kong’s (HKU) Business School, facilitated another Asset Management guest speaking event during their senior AMPB (Asset Management & Private Banking) Capstone class.
Serving as the Wealth business leader for Mercer’s Asia division, Janet oversees the Wealth business (investment and retirement planning) in the region. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Investments (Greater China region) at another leading consulting firm & was also a core member of the Asia leadership team. Her experience spans across a wide range of investment services (asset liability review and strategy, portfolio construction, manager review, selection and monitoring, fund governance and transformation, discretionary management, member communication and education and related tools’ developments) and a diverse range of asset classes (public equities and fixed income, private equities, illiquid credit, real estate and infrastructure).
Janet also happens to be an alum of HKU, being a former student of HKU’s Business School and a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance.
