Business Background
Mr. F has served as an urban planning and real estate officer for a number of years, both for the municipal government in his home city of Fuzhou, and for private real estate developers within the same province and in Hong Kong.
After a stint as a Urban Planning Officer for the Fuzhou City Urban Planning Board, Mr. F moved to Hong Kong in 1994. During his time there, he gained permanent residency and served as a project manager for HW Holdings Ltd.’s Town Planning Department.

Financial Goals
Mr. F has maintained a diverse real estate portfolio, made up of commercial and residential rental properties he owns in Fuzhou and Hong Kong. The rental income he gains from these properties, combined with his personal savings and bonuses, aim to provide funds for his retirement plan.
As a client of Axiom, Mr. F required assistance to organize his investment portfolio as he prepared to gradually transition into retirement.
While Mr. F has a high net worth, his wealth solely comes from his real estate investments and annual rental incomes, but nothing else. To diversify his assets, Axiom organized the income he receives from his rental properties further into a yield-enhanced fixed-income portfolio (7% + 7% to become 14% per annum ) that would create enough financial resources for his family to use.
He also requested assistance to set up trust funds for his three youngest children. These trusts would fund their education until their senior year in high school, and to ensure they had enough finances to cover their personal living expenses throughout their tertiary education and post-graduation.
